Nolan Michaels

Founder & Strength & Conditioning Coach

Nolan Michaels is a strength and conditioning coach focused on developing speed, strength, and athletic performance in middle and high school athletes.

With experience at both the high school and collegiate level—including Ohio State Football (2025 National Championship)—he assisted in training and performance development, as well as preparation for Pro Day and the NFL Combine. He also gained additional collegiate experience through internships with Iowa State Football and Bloomsburg University, working with a variety of sports and athletes.

Nolan currently coaches at Saint Ignatius High School, helping lead strength and conditioning programs focused on building stronger, faster, and more confident athletes.

In addition to his coaching background, Nolan competed at a high level in soccer, playing for semi-professional teams Akron City FC and Ambassadors FC.

He holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Ohio State University and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), bringing a structured, performance-based approach designed to help athletes improve and perform at a higher level.

Aaron Leovic

Director of Sports Science

Aaron Leovic is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Performance & Sport Scientist (CPSS) with experience across high school, collegiate, and private sector training environments.

He currently serves at Saint Ignatius High School, where he works across multiple varsity sports, supporting athlete development through structured training and performance tracking.

Aaron has gained collegiate experience at Duke University and John Carroll University, and has also played at Oklahoma University and competed with USA Weightlifting, giving him a well-rounded background in both athlete development and high-level performance.

His role focuses on helping athletes improve performance, track progress, and develop through a structured and results-driven approach.
